Which movie star has the most money?
The latest Hollywood gossip has a big name.
And, yes, it’s a new one: Scarlett Johansson.
With her new movie “Cinderella,” the actress is earning $50 million to $60 million per week.
That means she’s earning $40 million to 45 million per month.
So, it looks like she’s making more than a billion per year.
She’s not the only movie star making more per movie than her former “The King’s Speech” star, however.
Last year, “Hollywood’s Next Big Thing” star Jennifer Lawrence earned $100 million per movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
That’s not even accounting for the $200 million she earned from “The Hunger Games” series, which grossed $1.7 billion worldwide.
Lawrence’s salary jumped so much from “Hunger Games” to “Candy Crush Saga” that she actually made more than $250 million for the first time.
So that puts her at $1 billion per movie.
In addition to her own movies, Lawrence is also the co-owner of a sports team called the Washington Capitals, which is owned by NBCUniversal, which makes the NBA and NHL.
She also owns a team in the NFL called the Philadelphia Eagles, which was sold in 2018.
And she’s the coowner of the Los Angeles Dodgers, which has a $5 billion stadium and a major broadcasting deal.
